Customer Experience Specialist (Fintech)

Salary: $53,520–$86,790 per year, with a 7.5%–15% incentive opportunity.

What you will do

• Facilitate the customer journey through the loan process and product delivery before, during, and after closing.
• Document customer interactions, resolve inquiries, provide sales support, and promote financial products and digital tools.
• Process payments, wire transfers, account changes, overdrafts, and past-due accounts while following fraud-prevention and authorization protocols.
• Coordinate loan applications and operating-line renewals, including collecting financial, legal, and identification documents and obtaining customer signatures.
• Manage office operations, including invoices, supplies, records retention, vendor work orders, facility requests, and pooled vehicle maintenance.

Requirements

• At least two years of customer service experience or equivalent work experience.
• Associate's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to engage with customers, prospects, team members, and visitors by phone, in person, and through digital channels.
• Ability to manage financial documentation, monetary transactions, loan applications, and office administration accurately.
• Must work in Rapid City, South Dakota, United States.
