Talent Experience Designer AI

Location: Hybrid role in Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Translate Talent strategies, product roadmaps, and program objectives into clear employee experiences.
• Design and produce videos, tutorials, presentations, infographics, toolkits, job aids, PDFs, and digital learning resources.
• Create concepts, storyboards, scripts, layouts, prototypes, production plans, and publishing plans.
• Design and maintain SharePoint learning pages, navigation, resource collections, and content hubs.
• Serve as the primary content and experience-design partner for AI Enablement and Leadership initiatives.
• Use approved generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Glean, and Canva Magic Studio to support content production.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in content design, visual communications, multimedia production, digital learning, instructional design, marketing, employee communications, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and content production across multiple formats.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, CapCut, or comparable design platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, visual design, and information-organization skills.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools and understanding of responsible AI practices, including confidentiality, fact-checking, accessibility, inclusion, and human review.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, instructional design, education, digital media, human resources, user experience, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional experience combined with a strong portfolio.

Hiring process
