Enablement & Learning Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote in Mexico, with a planned transition to a flexible hybrid model in Mexico City. Weekend coverage is mandatory, with two weekdays off; shifts may rotate.

Salary: $26,600 MXN gross per month.

What you will do

• Design learning experiences using instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Coordinate upskilling programs from planning and stakeholder alignment through training, assessment, and completion.
• Create and maintain training materials, assessments, simulations, learning paths, microlearning courses, and digital content.
• Facilitate training and onboarding programs for different audiences and operational needs.
• Partner with QA and Operations to identify operational defects and deploy remediation modules.
• Monitor learning and operational KPIs, analyze learner feedback, and improve existing programs through the LMS.

Requirements

• Education, Educational Sciences, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Pedagogy, or a related background.
• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or educational projects.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with KPI and performance data.
• Experience creating learning materials, assessments, microlearning, or digital learning experiences.
• Hands-on experience administering learning management systems; Absorb LMS is a strong plus.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for rapid content creation, assessment generation, and instructional design.
• Experience with QA, Customer Support, Operations, BPO, fintech, or high-growth environments.
