TL;DR
Intern - AI End User Experience and Governance - 220573 (AI/Enterprise Tools): Building automations, training materials, onboarding resources, and usage reports that help employees adopt Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and other AI tools with an accent on end-user enablement and governance. Focus on testing new AI features, explaining technical concepts clearly, and analyzing adoption data to improve enterprise AI usage.
Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, Mexico; candidates must be based in Mexico
Program duration: 12–16 weeks, from September through March

What you will do
- Build simple AI-powered automations, templates, and tool setups under team guidance.
- Create training materials, quick-reference guides, and short instructional videos for AI and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Prepare and support onboarding sessions and office hours for employees adopting new tools.
- Compile AI tool adoption and usage data into summaries and charts.
- Test new AI tools and features, documenting usability findings and end-user challenges.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Business, or a related field, with graduation expected after the program ends.
- Available for the full 12–16 week program and based in Mexico.
- Comfortable learning and working hands-on with software and AI tools.
- Clear and confident written and spoken English communication required.
- Curiosity, initiative, collaboration, and the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
Nice to have
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience creating content, presentations, or materials for broad audiences.
- Some scripting or programming experience, such as Python.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, data analysis, dashboards, or instructional content.
