Academy & Apprentice Manager (Early-Career Talent Development)

Location: Hybrid work in Bogota, Colombia, or Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Manage Academy cohorts, graduate programs, internships, working student initiatives, and apprenticeship programs across the region.
• Support learners through onboarding, regular check-ins, coaching conversations, readiness reviews, and ongoing guidance.
• Partner with mentors, hiring leaders, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture stakeholders on learner development and transitions into the business.
• Track learner progress, engagement, certifications, milestones, risks, and program outcomes.
• Collect feedback and improve the global Academy experience, program standards, and learner journey.

Requirements

• Experience in Early Careers, Learning & Development, Talent Development, Program Management, or a related field.
• Strong coaching and learner support capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cohorts, priorities, and timelines simultaneously.
• Ability to track performance metrics, interpret program data, identify risks, and drive appropriate actions.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
