Graphic Designer (Adobe Creative Cloud)

Location: Milwaukee, WI, United States; onsite corporate office environment.

Salary: $71,720–$118,340 per year.

What you will do

• Design visual communications for print and digital channels, including presentations, social media, email, advertising, sales materials, events, and internal communications.
• Translate business objectives and messaging into clear, compelling visual concepts.
• Apply typography, layout, visual hierarchy, imagery, color, and brand guidelines across deliverables.
• Produce accurate, polished, production-ready materials and present design recommendations.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, creative leaders, project managers, and business partners.
• Manage multiple priorities, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines while maintaining design quality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with Figma and collaborative digital design.
• Experience designing for both print and digital channels.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality work, attention to detail, and experience working within established brand standards.
