Technical Recruiter (SG&A)

Location: Bastrop, TX (Austin area); onsite full-time. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

What you will do

• Partner with client groups on headcount planning, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Screen applicants and source both active and passive candidates for corporate and technical functions.
• Evaluate candidates and recommend top talent for interviews.
• Coordinate onsite candidate experiences, including tours and interview participation.
• Manage offer processes, background checks, offer negotiations, and offer letters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of recruiting experience; or an associate degree and at least 2 years of experience; or at least 3 years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing through closing.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, including director- and VP-level technical leaders.
• Ability to multitask, work with limited direction, take ownership, and collaborate effectively.
• Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Must work onsite full-time in Bastrop, TX; hybrid and remote work are not available.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or be eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for IT, InfoSec, materials engineering, software engineering, environmental health and safety, construction, or physical security.
• In-house, high-volume, skilled-labor, or non-standard recruiting experience.
• Experience analyzing recruiting data and creating targeted sourcing campaigns.
• Demonstrated success identifying and engaging highly specialized talent.
