Salary: USD 150,000–225,000 base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop, analyze, and deliver index-based investment strategies and insurance solutions for insurance carriers.
• Design and evaluate systematic, rules-based strategies for fixed indexed annuities, registered index-linked annuities, and structured products.
• Conduct quantitative research, modeling, backtesting, data analysis, and performance attribution across equity and multi-asset strategies.
• Perform option pricing, structuring, and feasibility assessments for new investment ideas.
• Prepare client-facing materials, meeting summaries, internal documentation, and research on insurance, annuities, and asset management trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and the practical implementation of indices within insurance products.

Requirements

• Experience with quantitative analysis, modeling, data analysis, and performance evaluation of investment strategies.
• Knowledge of systematic and rules-based investment strategies across equity or multi-asset asset classes.
• Understanding of option pricing, structured products, or insurance investment solutions.
• Ability to prepare clear client-facing materials and internal investment documentation.
• Must be based in New York, NY, United States.
