Structured Products Manager (Securitized Products)

What you will do

• Coordinate the creation and delivery of Agreed Upon Procedures reports with associates, managers, partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in AUP product lines including tape to file, circle ups, cashflow modeling, and payment date reporting.
• Create and manage project data rooms and document procedures and workflows.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and support efficient and accurate deliverables.
• Train and coach new and junior team members while communicating across organizational levels.
• Contribute to client proposals, manage firm risk, and meet targeted billing hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of related experience in consulting, financial services, or functions supporting securitized and structured product valuations.
• Professional license or certification related to the role.
• Strong understanding of one or more asset classes including RMBS, ABS, CLO, and similar securitized products.
• Experience interpreting legal documents such as offering memoranda, loan agreements, and funding memoranda.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and prior consulting experience.
• Cashflow or waterfall modeling experience.
• Buy-side or sell-side experience.
