What you will do

• Map and redesign end-to-end workflows across data sourcing, procurement, and data management.
• Reduce manual effort, cycle time, and operational complexity.
• Automate invoice processing, validation, and anomaly detection.
• Analyze vendor usage and cost data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Build LLM-powered workflows that extract key terms from contracts, emails, and vendor documents.

Requirements

• Current graduate student in an MBA, MS, MFE, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related program.
• Strong process and systems thinking with an interest in improving how work gets done.
• Demonstrated interest in applied AI, automation, LLMs, or intelligent workflows.
• Comfort working conceptually with data such as usage, costs, and quality.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SQL, Python, low-code tools, procurement, or financial services.
