HVAC Technician III

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States; daily travel to job sites required

What you will do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components of HVAC systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and service commercial equipment under 10 tons.
• Respond to emergency service requests as part of a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
• Read wiring schematics and troubleshoot refrigeration and electronic control circuits using monitoring tools.
• Work independently at job sites and provide accurate field documentation and reports.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least 450 hours of HVAC school.
• EPA 608 Universal certification.
• 150 electrical code hours and 6,000 work hours.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and DOT Medical Certificate.
• Refrigeration Technician License from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Connecticut.
• Ability to work nights and weekends on a rotating on-call team, travel daily to job sites, pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, and communicate professionally.
