End User Computing Engineer (Microsoft Endpoint Management)

Location: Various hirify.global locations in the United States; candidates should be located within 50 miles of a hirify.global US location. Primary location: Wilmington, Delaware.

Salary: $97,843–$152,880 per year, plus an 8% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Engineer, administer, and continuously improve enterprise endpoint management services using MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Design and support co-management and cloud-native endpoint strategies for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Build, test, deploy, and maintain applications, packages, task sequences, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines.
• Plan operating system updates, monthly patching, driver and firmware updates, and endpoint lifecycle activities.
• Monitor platform health, deployment success, capacity, and compliance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint, deployment, policy, application, and device-enrollment issues and provide L2/L3 technical leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience engineering or administering enterprise end user computing and endpoint management services.
• Advanced hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM and Intune, including application deployment, software updates, reporting, operating system deployment, and client health.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, identity-based access controls, endpoint security, and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Immigration sponsorship, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, and TN sponsorship, is not currently available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Endpoint Analytics, Windows Update for Business, and certificate or configuration management.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Android zero-touch enrollment, and mobile device lifecycle management.
• PowerShell automation experience and experience integrating endpoint tools with IT service management, asset management, or reporting platforms.
• Microsoft certification in endpoint administration, security, or Azure technologies.
• Technical leadership experience in endpoint modernization, tenant migration, or large-scale device transformation initiatives.
