• Manage and develop relationships with nonprofit clients and take responsibility for all services within a book of business.
• Review and sign engagement letters, define assignment terms, approve fees, and oversee engagement progress.
• Review and approve staff work papers, findings, recommendations, budgets, and deadlines.
• Communicate with managers and staff about engagement status, client issues, and recommendations.
• Help clients obtain funding and achieve audit and financial planning objectives.
• Develop, mentor, and oversee client engagement teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of public accounting experience.
• Experience preparing financial statements and conducting audits.
• CPA license required.
