Solutions Engineering Lead (AI)

Location: On-site in Dublin or Warsaw; one additional Solutions Engineer will be hired in New York.

What you will do

• Build the Solutions Engineering function from zero and act as the technical partner on enterprise deals.
• Run pre-sales, answer technical and security questions, and keep enterprise deals moving.
• Build bespoke demos, customer use cases, scripts, integrations, and AI agent workflows.
• Lead POCs and onboarding for larger teams, including repeatable processes and success criteria.
• Support VIP enterprise customers after the sale.
• Hire two Solutions Engineers while continuing to work directly on deals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Forward-Deployed Engineer.
• Experience at a PLG, API, or AI company working with technical buyers.
• Hands-on experience building customer scripts, integrations, agent workflows, and solutions with AI agents and LLM APIs.
• Experience running POCs that converted, including defining success criteria and evaluating outcomes.
• Ability to handle enterprise security and IT questions without overpromising features, roadmap dates, or compliance timelines.
• Ability to work on-site in Dublin or Warsaw.
