UAM Everfox Tool Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: On-site in Springfield, Virginia, United States. An active Top Secret security clearance is required, with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.

Salary: $60,000–$180,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Support the User Activity Monitor software solution through updates, changes, deployments, and sustainment activities.
• Maintain UAM functionality and enterprise-wide deployment.
• Resolve coverage gaps and support new configurations, feeds, and UAM-specific updates.
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration baseline records.
• Train customer stakeholders on UAM tool usage and support a personnel certification program.
• Prepare technical analyses, reports, and briefings for senior customer management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Experience with Everfox or similar User Activity Monitoring products and platforms.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting briefings to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in IT Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT service delivery management experience.
• Experience with Everfox or similar High Speed Guard platforms.
