Plant Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead warehouse-floor employees to achieve production, distribution, quality, safety, deadline, and budget objectives.
• Coordinate, assign, prioritize, review, and demonstrate work activities for team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions while maintaining fair treatment and a motivated work environment.
• Deliver training on safety procedures, equipment use, performance standards, and workplace policies.
• Monitor working conditions, report accidents and incidents, and take corrective action when required.
• Resolve personnel and quality issues using problem-solving methods including 8D, 5 Why, and Kaizen.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic math and reading skills.
• Basic computer skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• Warehouse experience with forklifts, packing, and measuring.
• Ability to understand equipment and tolerances through prior experience and successful performance.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, plus a strong safety mindset.
• Successful pre-employment drug testing is required for employment in this safety-sensitive position.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of metals staging, processing, packaging, and shipping.
• First aid and CPR training.
• Exposure to labor relations, safety programs, ISO standards, lean practices, and sales functions.
