Executive Assistant (AI)

What you will do

• Plan the CMO's schedule across internal and external meetings while protecting focused work time.
• Triage the CMO's inbox, Slack, and other communication channels, flagging blockers, risks, and urgent decisions.
• Maintain and chase the live list of commitments the marketing team owes the CMO.
• Manage executive logistics and ensure follow-through without waiting for prompts.
• Design and run team activities and online sessions that strengthen the marketing organisation.
• Build operating practices that can grow toward chief of staff or operations responsibilities.

Requirements

• Experience as an executive assistant to a C-suite executive.
• Experience owning inbox and communications triage, logistics, and follow-through beyond calendar management.
• Ability to proactively identify and chase actions on the executive's behalf.
• Experience helping a team build a strong culture.
• Comfort working at startup pace with high ownership and low process.
• Already using AI to run parts of the role.

• Experience in a startup environment rather than only supporting one executive in a large corporate.
