Tools Developer (Rust / Linux)

What you will do

• Identify tooling opportunities for engineers using hirify.global's inference accelerator.
• Design and develop functional, easy-to-learn developer tools.
• Provide tooling and information to help customers optimise system usage.
• Integrate tools with existing LLM engineering workflows while minimising disruption.
• Work across multiple teams and stakeholders within the Software organisation.

Requirements

• Experience with inference frameworks such as JAX or PyTorch.
• Software development experience in Python, Rust, C, C++, or a similar language.
• Experience monitoring and optimising code written in CUDA, ROCm, OpenCL, or similar technologies.
• Experience monitoring and optimising LLM deployments with more than 50 billion parameters.
• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple teams.
