Senior Facilities Outsourced Vendor Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based at the San Jose Great Oaks Headquarters in San Jose, California, United States

Salary: $94,700–$126,300 annually

What you will do

• Lead governance of outsourced facilities services, including operational compliance, service scope, service levels, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate site-lead input and consolidate global reporting for governance reviews covering service performance, issues, risks, and SLA compliance.
• Monitor global and regional KPIs and SLAs, ensuring performance is measured, tracked, and reported against agreed standards.
• Partner with Finance to track savings commitments, monitor glidepath performance, and resolve variances.
• Review supplier invoices against delivered services and approved pricing.
• Manage operational change control, ensuring scope changes are documented, reviewed, and approved.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in outsourced facilities management services, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret operational and financial data, analyze dashboards, and turn performance trends into actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder coordination, and supplier-management skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Visio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or 5–10+ years of experience managing outsourced facilities management vendors.
