Director, Enterprise Architect, Patient Services Platforms

Location: Hybrid, working from site 2 to 3 days per week in New York City or Collegeville, Pennsylvania; travel may be required. Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization.

Annual base salary: $162,900–$271,500, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Own the enterprise architecture, core data model, architecture standards, and technical direction for patient services processes.
• Define integration patterns across Salesforce, patient services ecosystems, data platforms, Hub solutions, and third-party systems.
• Lead architecture governance, impact assessments, traceability, technical debt management, and release and environment standards.
• Design scalable patient and HCP experiences using AI-enabled technologies to improve refill access and field-force efficiency.
• Define observability, auditability, controls, grounding, prompt and agent versioning, logging, evaluation, and audit evidence for AI systems.
• Partner with delivery, enterprise Salesforce, CISO, Legal, Privacy, Quality, business engagement, and insights teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience, master’s degree with at least 7 years, or PhD with 5 or more years.
• Progressive enterprise architecture experience focused on patient services in the life sciences domain.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, cloud ecosystems, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and AI.
• Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical commercialization, change management, user adoption, and process harmonization.
• Strong program or project management and SDLC experience.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise architecture, solution design, distributed systems, CRM, Salesforce, and Veeva.
• Experience designing complex integrations and data architectures at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or modern data stacks.
• Experience designing AI, machine learning, and LLM-based capabilities, including AI architectures such as MCP.
• Expertise in security, compliance, SOX, GxP, and regulated environments.
