Software Developer (Java/Node.js)

Location: Remote within Brazil, including Brasília, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo.

What you will do

• Build and maintain services and web applications using Java, Maven, and Node.js for product demos.
• Maintain and develop components for the client’s web platform.
• Address technical debt, dependency updates, bug fixes, and supporting work for active epics.
• Use Buildkite and CI/CD practices to support reliable builds and delivery.
• Collaborate with the client’s engineering team, communicate progress and blockers, and manage assigned work independently.
• Contribute to infrastructure changes, web applications, and AI workflow improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing with Java, Maven, and Node.js.
• Full-stack experience building production-grade frontend and backend applications.
• Experience with generative AI for improving software delivery while maintaining engineering quality.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with Buildkite.
• Strong written and spoken English required for frequent client communication. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is also required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager.
