Engineer I

Location: Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, United States; primarily office-based

Estimated annual pay range: $55,000–$60,000.

What you will do

• Assist with the design, analysis, development, and improvement of engineering projects, systems, and processes.
• Apply engineering principles to solve technical problems and support project initiatives.
• Conduct research, feasibility studies, calculations, and simulations to validate design concepts and specifications.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, diagrams, presentations, and engineering drawings.
• Participate in prototype and product testing, material and equipment selection, and troubleshooting across project phases.
• Support project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, safety compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Linux/Unix experience is required.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and ability to interpret engineering plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proficiency with basic engineering software and tools, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance. Travel may be up to 5%.
