ATR - Systems and Equipment Buyer H/F (Aerospace)

Location: Toulouse Area, France; occasional business trips and supplier visits required. Remote working is mentioned as part of the benefits.

What you will do

• Negotiate and implement development, supply, and support contracts for systems and equipment installed on hirify.global aircraft.
• Lead supplier negotiations covering price changes, new products and services, competitive tenders, and direct negotiations.
• Manage purchase contracts, amendments, contractual provisions, supplier performance, corrective action plans, claims, and management reviews.
• Maintain contract information in company systems, including prices and contacts.
• Prepare and participate in Commodity multifunctional teams, monitor the market, and lead Requests for Proposals while coordinating stakeholder requirements.
• Represent hirify.global during supplier visits, events, and working groups.

Requirements

• Commercial Master's degree or equivalent with a solid technical background, or an engineering degree with experience in business or procurement functions.
• Proven experience in a similar procurement position.
• Strong expertise in contract management and negotiation, including the ability to handle complex financial matters.
• Good knowledge of purchasing and supply chain processes.
• Good knowledge of aircraft systems and aircraft maintenance.
• Strong negotiation skills in a complex environment, in French and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and SAP.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities with multidisciplinary teams.
