Service Coordinator (IT Service Management)

What you will do

• Manage services according to the ITIL lifecycle and corporate processes.
• Oversee daily service and project execution within scope, schedule, budget, resources, and agreed SLAs.
• Lead service operations and implementation teams, including staffing and resource planning.
• Maintain service legal documentation, knowledge bases, runbooks, and service catalogs.
• Manage client communication, monitor CSAT, and drive continuous service improvement.
• Establish service metrics and optimize capacity, usability, efficiency, and performance while supporting revenue and profit targets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing IT services.
• Understanding of ITIL service management and practical experience applying its practices.
• Experience managing and improving service processes, reporting standards, and service quality metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and client expectation management skills.
• Excellent communication, self-organization, and attention to detail.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher required.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Background in Support or Service Management.
