Senior AI Engineer (Android)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid setup

What you will do

• Migrate Android CI/CD pipelines from Bitrise to GitHub Actions and integrate releases into shared release workflows.
• Synchronize mobile deployment chains with backend and frontend engineering teams.
• Define multi-module architectures, SDK and framework integrations, and reusable design system components.
• Establish standards for accessibility, security, runtime performance, testing, and Android development.
• Integrate LLM-assisted workflows, AI coding tools, and automated testing utilities into daily engineering practices.
• Partner with pilot teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of new SDLC practices.

Requirements

• Expert-level Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM/MVI, Coroutines, and Flow experience.
• Experience architecting multi-module libraries and SDKs.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of TDD, unit testing, and UI automation with JUnit, Mockito, and Espresso.
• Practical familiarity with AI development tools, prompt crafting, and selecting suitable model architectures for mobile engineering workflows.
• Ability to evaluate platform changes across teams, communicate technical direction, and guide senior engineers through adoption.
