Android Developer, Mobile Ticketing Platform

Location: Remote in Armenia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Mexico, Poland, LATAM, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, or Uruguay

What you will do

• Refactor and expand the mobile ticket-selling system.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality, scalable Android code.
• Build new features for a mobile application used in an international railway ticketing platform.
• Support experimentation initiatives through feature flags, gradual rollouts, kill switches, targeting, and metric integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and independent engineering groups.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin.
• Experience with experimentation and R&D, including Statsig or similar platforms.
• Strong Clean Code, object-oriented programming, and SOLID principles knowledge.
• Knowledge of MVVM, MVP, and MVI.
• Experience with unit testing and working without dedicated QA engineers.
• Good spoken English and familiarity with Agile development.
