Software Builder, Builder Ops (AI)

Location: Gdansk, Poland

Salary: 19,166.67 PLN gross per month minimum base salary for full-time work; part-time salary is prorated.

What you will do

• Apply AI workflows and tooling in daily software delivery.
• Identify repetitive tasks and build automation to improve engineering efficiency.
• Build developer tooling, operational platforms, and AI-powered automation for Builder Ops.
• Develop service health dashboards, pipeline governance systems, and AI agents that reduce operational toil.
• Collaborate with firmware engineers, cloud service owners, and mobile developers.

Requirements

• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and distributed systems.
• Experience building internal tools, platforms, or infrastructure used by other engineers.
• Ability to work full-time in Gdansk, Poland.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
• Experience with AWS services such as Bedrock or SageMaker.
• Experience building developer platforms, CI/CD systems, or monitoring infrastructure.
• Experience driving platform adoption across engineering teams.
