Product Manager - Brokerage - UK (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for account opening and identity verification services.
• Manage account lifecycles across fully disclosed, omnibus, and omnibus with sub-accounting structures.
• Develop entity accounts, trading-strategy sub-accounts, and self-directed, robo, and retirement account types.
• Lead KYC and identity verification strategy across partner-led and third-party integrated models.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, regional business, and go-to-market teams to launch compliant onboarding features.
• Define and analyze onboarding success, account funding, and KYC pass-through metrics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience focused on B2B, fintech, or complex platform products.
• Experience with user onboarding, identity verification, KYC/AML, or account management systems.
• Strong understanding of financial-services operations and regulatory requirements, especially client onboarding and account lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytics, and agile delivery skills.
• Passion for financial markets and products that expand access to financial services.

Nice to have

• Engineering background.
• Direct fintech or brokerage industry experience.
• Experience in a globally distributed, remote-first company.
• Familiarity with brokerage account structures and global identity verification or RegTech providers.
