Product Manager, AI Product Enablement - Investments

What you will do

• Partner with investment teams to identify high-value AI automation opportunities across investment, asset management, reporting, research, and analytical workflows.
• Help users build practical AI workflow automations with Codex, Claude Code, and related tools.
• Translate automation opportunities into product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for the AI-first platform.
• Deliver workflow walkthroughs, AI tool coaching, and in-context enablement sessions.
• Create reusable playbooks, templates, prompts, examples, and workflow patterns for broader adoption.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to turn user feedback into platform capabilities and roadmap recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product operations, AI enablement, business operations, strategy, consulting, investment operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to real business workflows, including tools such as Codex, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Strong product judgment, communication skills, technical literacy, and practical problem-solving ability.
• Comfort with AI coding tools, basic scripting concepts, structured data, APIs, SQL, or similar technical workflows.
• Experience working with investment, financial services, real estate, private equity, asset management, or other high-stakes analytical teams is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with underwriting, diligence, asset reviews, market research, reporting, or analytical decision support.
• Experience in internal product, fintech, proptech, real estate investment, or AI transformation roles.
• Advanced degree, CFA progress, or relevant technical or product credentials.
