Skillbridge - Fellowship (Manufacturing)

Location: Mossville, Illinois, United States; onsite five days a week. The assignment is in-person at the accepted location, with travel of less than 10% subject to change. Domestic relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Support analysis, development, and implementation of improved processes, products, and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects, solve problems, and deliver business outcomes.
• Assist with planning, execution, and continuous improvement of operations, processes, and programs.
• Identify, analyze, and help resolve operational or technical issues using structured problem-solving methods.
• Contribute to policies, procedures, reports, and other documentation.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be approved for the Skillbridge program.
• Military training and/or a college degree.
• Working knowledge of effective communication, teamwork, flexibility, initiative, continuous learning, problem solving, and relationship management.
• Ability to work cooperatively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing assignments and priorities.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Applications must include a resume and cover letter explaining the military transition timeline, program approval status if known, locations of interest, and roles of interest.
