What you will do

• Lead documentation and apply international documentation standards.
• Provide subject matter expertise in ISO practices for CA/PPT requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and solve problems affecting service quality.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field or 16 years of experience.
• ISO credential and Lean Six Sigma expertise.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check is required.
