GEOINT Analyst - Exploitation Specialist

Location: Arnold, Missouri, United States, supporting US Government requirements in St. Louis, Missouri. U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance are required.

What you will do

• Conduct all-source GEOINT analysis using NGA-standard products, including Area of Responsibility assessments, Chart Series, and marginalia data.
• Acquire, evaluate, extract, and compile geospatial intelligence products for strategic and tactical requirements.
• Analyze terrain, infrastructure, hydraulic systems, transportation networks, and aeronautical characteristics for military and intelligence planning.
• Produce written assessments, geospatial visualizations, briefings, and actionable intelligence reports.
• Monitor regional developments, geopolitical dynamics, emerging threats, and open-source reporting.
• Collaborate with imagery, signals intelligence, and human intelligence specialists; mentor junior analysts and brief government and military customers.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance are required; the role requires passing a Counterintelligence polygraph after customer indoctrination.
• High school diploma with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a related bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent military experience, training, or certifications.
• Knowledge of NGA-standard products, intelligence production workflows, quality control, and dissemination protocols.
• Experience with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS and QGIS, remote sensing, terrain analysis, or mission planning.
• Ability to synthesize classified and unclassified multi-source intelligence into accurate analytical products.
• Strong written, oral, research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience supporting Department of Defense or Intelligence Community customers.

Nice to have

• Oracle database query and data extraction experience.
• Programming or scripting experience with .NET, Python, C++, or Java for geospatial processing and automation.
• Knowledge of DLA operations, NSNs, logistical structures, structured analytic techniques, or collaborative intelligence production environments.
• Background in geography, geospatial sciences, international relations, or experience with strategically important regions.
