What you will do

• Build ML-driven design automation and agentic systems for complex engineering workflows.
• Apply optimization, simulation, and scientific ML to physical systems.
• Work across circuits, semiconductor packaging, materials, and hardware engineering.
• Partner directly with engineers to determine which workflows should be automated.
• Own ambiguous problems from research through engineering adoption.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in machine learning engineering.
• Strong experience with ML, agents, optimization, or scientific modeling.
• Ability to work on complex engineering and physical-system problems.
• Ability to collaborate directly with hardware and engineering specialists.
