Location: Must be eligible to work in the US, onsite in Boston or New York City

Salary: $160,000 - $280,000

What you will do

• Own and lead research projects from start to finish.
• Build and deploy state-of-the-art ML models using distributed PyTorch.
• Design, train, and evaluate large generative models including LLMs and diffusion models.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team on technical decisions.
• Contribute to the development of hirify.global's AI music platform.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• 5+ years experience training state-of-the-art models with distributed PyTorch.
• Experience with entire ML stack: data engineering, model design, training, and evaluation.
• Proven track record of independent ownership of research projects.
• Extensive experience training large generative models from scratch (LLMs or diffusion models).
• A passion for music is a strong plus.
