Salary: $196,000 to $220,500 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain new Ads products and infrastructure from the backend to frontend.
• Collaborate with engineers from Revenue Infrastructure, Core Tech, Machine Learning, and Data Science teams.
• Partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional leadership to design, develop, and scale digital advertising features.
• Architect simple and maintainable systems to enable rapid launch and iteration while sustaining a high product and technical quality bar.
• Introduce coding and operational best practices to the team; always be learning & teaching.
• Work with Product and other stakeholders to refine requirements, create technical designs and specs, implement changes, and see projects through to launch and maintenance.

Requirements

• A focus on impact and collaboration with product managers, designers, analysts, and other engineers.
• A sense of ownership and belief in solving problems completely.
• A growth mindset that views mistakes as learning opportunities.
• A love of mentorship, providing feedback and guidance on system architecture, API design, and data modeling.
• Experience in the ad delivery space.
• 4+ years of experience, with 2 years in relevant roles.

• Expertise with Python and/or Rust, Typescript, React, React Native
• Familiarity with experimentation and analysis
• Contributions to open-source projects
