What you will do

• Design and deliver reusable components for hirify.global Ads products supporting multiple teams and surfaces
• Collaborate with Product, Ad Ops, and Data Science on measurement, reporting, and experimentation
• Implement privacy-preserving features advancing ethical advertising
• Work with front-end teams to extend systems for advertising goals
• Translate strategy into tasks and prototypes with feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Proven ability to lead and ship complex projects
• Experience in Rust
• Familiarity with JavaScript or React
• Strong asynchronous and verbal communication for distributed environment

• Experience with telemetry, privacy-preserving analytics, or programmatic advertising
