Lead Analyst, Business Transformation (Energy)

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina, with other listed locations in New York, Arlington, and Louisville, United States

Salary: $100,000–$124,950 per year, plus an annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead adoption consulting delivery across US Renewables & Power, including communications, training, knowledge, documentation, and orchestration support.
• Apply and evolve methodologies, toolkits, playbooks, and standards for cross-functional adoption planning.
• Define and operationalize long-term ownership for adoption tracking, sustainment measurement, and maintenance.
• Engage senior leaders to identify initiatives, align on the adoption approach, and report on business outcomes.
• Coordinate with HR, HR business partners, change management, training, knowledge, and documentation teams.
• Synthesize adoption insights for leadership and mentor analysts on tactical execution and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, information science, communications, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in business transformation, change management, program management, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing methodologies, frameworks, toolkits, or playbooks for cross-functional work.
• Experience acting as a lead or senior project resource, coordinating others, and mentoring analysts.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, present progress and risks, and facilitate workshops and planning sessions.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, written, verbal communication, and facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with adoption measurement.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, CKM, or related certifications.
• Knowledge of the energy industry and renewable generation technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint.
