VP of Product Management, Management Platform & Network and Security Operations (SASE, AI, Data Platform): Leading the vision, strategy, and execution of Cato’s management platform, network and security operations portfolio, and data products with an accent on intelligent automation, enterprise cloud infrastructure, and actionable operational telemetry. Focus on building unified workflows for monitoring, investigation, troubleshooting, posture management, and remediation while scaling product organizations and data capabilities.

What you will do
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and execution across the Cato Management Application, Agentic CMA, XDR, XOPS, DEM, NOC capabilities, posture management, and the Data Platform.
- Advance intelligent and automated management experiences that reduce manual administration.
- Deliver connected workflows for visibility, investigation, troubleshooting, posture assessment, and remediation across network and security operations.
- Define scalable data ingestion, processing, storage, access, governance, and data product strategies supporting analytics, AI, and operational use cases.
- Lead and grow the product organization while partnering with Research, Engineering, DevOps, SRE, PLG, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Engage customers and partners, define success metrics, and guide prioritization from discovery through launch and adoption.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including senior product leadership at VP level or equivalent.
- Experience scaling product organizations and managing product leaders and multiple teams.
- Strong technical background in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, infrastructure, networking, and network security.
- Experience owning complex enterprise management platforms or products for technical users.
- Experience leading data platform strategy, including data infrastructure, data products, pipelines, analytics, and governance.
- Experience with network or security operations products, AI and automation, platform infrastructure, developer experience, product-led growth, and customer-driven product strategy.
