What you will do
- Define, refine, and prioritize product features with Product and Engineering teams based on customer needs and business impact.
- Translate customer requirements and field insights into Functional Requirement Documents and contribute to UX design discussions.
- Align QA testing and Support troubleshooting workflows with real-world customer environments.
- Act as a technical and product focal point during critical escalations and high-visibility deployments.
- Develop Python and Bash tools and scripts to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Use telemetry, usage analytics, and customer feedback to guide product decisions and improve performance and adoption.
Requirements
- Experience in software development, technical product management, or advanced technical support in complex infrastructure environments.
- Experience with storage technologies and protocols including NFS, S3 object storage, and SMB, plus enterprise storage architectures and distributed file systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux, Python, networking concepts, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and large-scale deployments.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges in scale-out Linux environments, HPC workloads, AI training infrastructures, and advanced networking architectures.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, QA, and Support using Jira, Slack, GitLab, Git, unit testing frameworks, and QTest.
- Strong analytical, communication, customer-facing, ownership, and accountability skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Prometheus, multi-tenant log aggregation, Slack and Salesforce integrations, and AI-driven automation workflows.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, OpenTelemetry, and automation for operational efficiency and supportability.
