Ad Strategy Manager I (Adtech)

Location: Hybrid in Canada, with 2 days per week in the office in Toronto or Montréal

What you will do

• Set up new clients and manage campaign structures and creative assets for games.
• Create, edit, activate, and deactivate individual campaigns.
• Ensure accurate tracking of clicks, installs, impressions, and post-install events.
• Analyze campaign performance, conduct KPI reviews, and report performance trends across clients.
• Identify underperforming campaigns, implement optimizations, and highlight upsell opportunities.
• Support account teams with data and insights for QBRs while collaborating with analytics on dashboards and data enablement.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong performance orientation and commitment to meeting performance goals.
• Proven ability to collaborate in team environments.
• Experience using AI to improve workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work in the hybrid model with 2 days per week in a Toronto or Montréal office.
