Associate Manager, Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (Supply Chain)

Location: Singapore; the role includes purposeful in-person collaboration and travel to hirify.global and business partner facilities worldwide as required.

What you will do

• Serve as the regional governance, risk management, and compliance partner for hirify.global Ventures.
• Embed supply chain compliance due diligence into concept development, sourcing, supplier onboarding, production planning, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring.
• Support compliance for manufacturers, licensee factories, suppliers, vendors, and business partners, including audit coordination and documentation review.
• Assess risks related to suppliers, emerging materials, new geographies, licensing activity, and venture partnerships, then develop mitigation plans and escalation recommendations.
• Analyze compliance performance and reporting data to identify trends, readiness gaps, and improvement priorities.
• Support responsible sourcing, human rights, traceability, supply chain mapping, social compliance reviews, corrective actions, and related priority projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain compliance, responsible sourcing, human rights, manufacturing compliance, audit management, risk management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of EHS, labor practices, human rights, responsible sourcing, supplier due diligence, factory compliance, and supply chain risk management.
• Experience or knowledge in quality management systems, EHS management systems, corrective action management, supplier due diligence, and third-party audit programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, organization, research, project management, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• University degree preferred in supply chain, business, sustainability, compliance, EHS, engineering, social sciences, or a related discipline.
• Proficient written and spoken English required. Mandarin, Cantonese, and Southeast Asian language capability are additional advantages.

• Experience with a multinational manufacturing or consumer products company.
• Additional experience may support consideration at Manager level.
