D&E Delivery Finance Business Partner (Financial Planning/Business Control): Advising D&E Delivery leadership and supporting program and product delivery within cost, scope, and timing constraints with an accent on financial planning, performance management, and governance. Focus on forecasting Cost-at-Complete and Cost of Goods, monitoring risks and opportunities, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders around one financial view.

What you will do
- Provide strategic financial advice and constructive challenge to D&E leadership.
- Support program and product delivery within budget, scope, and timing constraints.
- Drive financial performance across Cost-at-Complete and Cost of Goods.
- Lead financial planning activities, including LTFP, TAP, and MOR.
- Ensure CAPEX/OPEX governance and compliance.
- Monitor risks and opportunities while aligning R&D Finance, PMO, Business Line Finance, and D&E Delivery stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Economics.
- At least 8 years of experience in a business control environment.
- Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
- Execution- and value-driven mindset.
- Experience in a high-tech environment and the ability to quickly understand complex content are preferred.
Nice to have
- Recognized professional controller qualification, such as RC.
- Experience in a high-tech environment.
