Lead SAP SCM Functional Consultant (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Lead SAP Supply Chain functional activities for implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.
• Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design functional solutions and specifications.
• Configure and support SAP PP, MM, WM, QM, SD, and APO across manufacturing, planning, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and quality processes.
• Support S/4HANA transformation, ECC-to-S/4HANA migration, warehouse automation, and integrations with MES, LIMS, 3PL, EDI, and other systems.
• Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, APIs, and integrations.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, training, post-production support, and knowledge transfer across global onshore and offshore teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP, MM, WM, QM, SD integration, and APO DP/SNP.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes, including MRP, production planning, procurement, inventory, warehouse management, and shop-floor control.
• Experience with SAP interfaces, EDI, MES, 3PL, and third-party integrations, plus requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
