SAP Functional Specialist – ERP & CRM

What you will do

• Manage the full SAP implementation lifecycle, from solution design and configuration through testing, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Resolve and optimize complex inbound and outbound B2B backbone processes across logistics and supply chain operations.
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions through requirements and gap analysis, functional specifications, and solution design.
• Design custom solutions and support enhancements involving RICEFW objects, APIs, BAPIs, and BADIs.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, warehouse, application management, business, and technical teams.
• Support integrations between SAP ECC, SAP EWM, external warehouse systems, and 3PL WMS platforms.

Requirements

• 12+ years of SAP experience, primarily in SAP Logistics Execution and SAP SD.
• Participation in at least 3 SAP implementations and 2 support projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP MM, including Stock Transport Order processes, and SAP SD-MM and SD-FI integration.
• Extensive experience with warehouse-to-store, warehouse-to-warehouse, wholesale, supply chain, and logistics processes in retail environments.
• Strong SAP Logistics Execution and SAP SD configuration skills, including requirements analysis, documentation, training, and production support.
• Experience with SAP ECC integration, e-transport solutions, and major enhancements involving RICEFW objects, APIs, BAPIs, and BADIs.

Nice to have

• ABAP debugging and hands-on SAP integration experience.
• Experience with Agile environments, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Retail.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills for documenting and presenting solution designs.
