Maintenance Technician 1st Shift (Medical Manufacturing)

Location: Lebanon, Indiana, United States; 1st shift; onsite

What you will do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep production equipment operating efficiently.
• Assist with equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and machinery installations.
• Support facility upkeep and collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and document maintenance activities accurately.
• Organize tools, maintain records, monitor spare-parts inventory, and participate in training and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting electrical panels rated 480 V and below.
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery; conveyor-line or other heavy-equipment experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems.
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with strong equipment safety awareness.
