Licensing Compliance Coordinator (Games and Toys)

Location: Guildford, England, United Kingdom; hybrid working with the opportunity to work remotely

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Licensor approvals for products, packaging, artwork, prototypes, samples, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate submissions, feedback, revisions, approvals, samples, style guides, and brand assets between Licensors and internal teams.
• Track contractual obligations, approval requirements, deadlines, compliance records, marketing commitments, and launch support.
• Review royalty reports with Finance and track advances, minimum guarantees, payment schedules, territories, channels, and shortfalls.
• Check advertising, social media, PR, point-of-sale materials, legal lines, copyright, trademark notices, and licensing marks against brand guidelines.
• Coordinate product safety testing, factory audits, insurance, reporting, Licensor queries, and contract questions with Legal.

Requirements

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with a process-oriented approach to systems, records, and checklists.
• Strong numerical skills and confidence using Excel.
• Ability to read contracts and convert them into clear obligations and deadlines.
• Persistence, diplomacy, clear written and spoken English, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced international business.
• Interest in brands, games, toys, and entertainment.
• Experience in licensing, royalty administration, contract management, or compliance is advantageous but not essential.
