Partner Delivery Analyst

Location: Berlin, hybrid, or remote from Europe

What you will do

• Configure and launch new partner setups and ensure smooth rollouts.
• Monitor, improve, and standardize delivery documentation and processes.
• Create and maintain internal documentation and process guides.
• Support feature handovers to partners and ensure readiness for launch.
• Collect feedback and organize it into a Confluence knowledge base.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth company.
• Background in customer support and/or delivery.
• Hands-on configuration experience and a strong technical mindset.
• Experience working with APIs and testing them in Postman.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, software, travel, transportation, or logistics.
