Junior Delivery Manager (Industrial AI & Software Systems)

What you will do

• Analyze ideas, challenges, and product landscapes with engineering teams and translate them into PoCs, prototypes, MVPs, and product visions.
• Plan and structure agile work, including design sprints, iterative development, user stories, effort estimation, and KPI tracking.
• Validate ideas through rapid prototyping and testing before transition into stable production systems.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings, sprint reviews, product decisions, and stakeholder requirements.
• Support go-to-market activities, long-term partner relationships, and the start of new engagements.
• Coordinate technical and product decisions with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, robotics, interaction design, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• First professional experience in a multi-stakeholder environment or hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with an independent, structured, and motivating working style.
• Strong communication skills and a confident presence across different stakeholder groups.
• Business fluency in German and English is required.
• First experience with agile methods and efficient use of AI tools in daily work.

Nice to have

• Experience from scholarships, student initiatives, or comparable extracurricular programs.
• Interest in robotics, knowledge graphs, intralogistics, computer vision, or other emerging technologies.
