Managed Services Solution Lead Data Platform (Microsoft Fabric)

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and success of Data Platform managed service propositions.
• Define service offerings, service tiers, commercial positioning, proposition documentation, and success metrics.
• Prioritize enhancements, technical investments, automation initiatives, and new platform capabilities with engineering teams.
• Govern releases, lifecycle plans, modernization initiatives, technical debt, and continuous service improvement.
• Align Azure, Data, and Platform Engineering teams with proposition priorities and operational readiness.
• Support customer reviews and escalations, translate business needs into service improvements, and contribute to go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data platforms, cloud engineering, managed services, consulting, product ownership, or solution leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and the Azure Data Platform ecosystem, including OneLake, Data Factory, Lakehouse, Power BI, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL, Databricks, Event Hub, and Purview.
• Understanding of data platform architecture, governance, security, analytics, and operational excellence.
• Experience defining service roadmaps, platform strategies, proposition improvements, or product ownership activities.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams using agile delivery methodologies and managing senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills required for collaboration across international teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with managed services or service-oriented operating models.
• Microsoft certifications such as DP-600, DP-203, AZ-305, or PL-300.
