Product Manager (Distribution Tribe)

hirify.global develops cyber insurance and cybersecurity products for businesses, distributed through brokers and other intermediaries across multiple European markets.

What you will do

• Own the Insurance Distribution squad and the broker platform covering cyber risk evaluation, quoting, guarantee customization, policy documents, amendments, and renewals.
• Translate insurance, legal, carrier, and local regulatory requirements into precise, testable product specifications.
• Work with engineering on pricing rules, document generation, wording and questionnaire versioning, and renewal automation.
• Lead wording releases across France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, and Luxembourg, coordinating carrier approvals and quality assurance.
• Plan and protect weekly sprints while balancing bugs, broker and underwriting requests, renewal peaks, and new development.
• Manage senior stakeholders across country management, Insurance, Legal, Product, Design, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
• Experience in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or another regulated B2B product is a significant advantage.
• Ability to read contracts and collaborate effectively with Legal and Insurance teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior profiles and the ability to make and explain clear product trade-offs.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Ability to keep up with AI capabilities and continuously improve product workflows.

Nice to have

• Working proficiency in German.
• Experience with regulated insurance distribution platforms.
